2021 OPEN ENROLLMENT
Open Enrollment is October 1 - 31, 2020!
As we near the end of Open Enrollment, employees choosing to make elections over the phone may experience longer wait times. To avoid possible delays from high call volumes toward the end of the Open Enrollment period, we encourage you to make your 2021 elections online through the Benefits Central Portal.

Top Five Things You Should Know About Open Enrollment:
Open Enrollment is your only opportunity to make coverage elections for yourself and your dependents for 2021 (unless you experience a qualifying life event change or are a newly hired employee).
Generally, your previous year’s benefit elections will automatically roll over to the following year, unless you make a change during Open Enrollment.
Enrollment in the Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA) and/or the Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA) does not automatically roll over – if you wish to participate in one of these accounts, you will need to elect to do so during Open Enrollment.
