2018 MONTHLY LUNCHTIME SEMINAR SERIES

Join us on the fourth Thursday of each month from March to September 2018 as the Employee Benefits Division begins its benefits lunchtime seminars for 2018. These seminars are designed to cover educational topics to help you better understand how to use your LAwell benefits and will also provide you the opportunity to ask questions of the City's benefits providers and Benefits Division staff.

1095-C Tax Form (2017)

Form 1095-C will be mailed to your home address on file no later than March 2, 2018. Per the Internal Revenue Service, you are not required to attach Form 1095-C to your tax return.
