 The Employee Benefits Division offers a variety of programs designed to provide support on a wide range of personal, household, and everyday needs.


Support Plus: Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)

Depending on which program you’re eligible for, services may include some or all of the following:

  • Work-Life Resources on topics such as parenting, eldercare, legal resources, and financial education.

  • Convenience Services for everyday needs such as travel support, event planning, and finding household service providers.

  • Confidential Counseling Services in areas such as stress management, personal relationships, and substance abuse.

All designed to help you understand your emotional well-being and reduce stress and worry.

What you’ll get:

Daily mood tracking: Answer daily questions to record your mood, habits and sleep. You can identify patterns and assess your progress.
Mental health tools: Tap into tools created by clinicians and suggested specifically for you. Get help strengthening resilience and learn relaxation methods for moments when you need them.

To get started, follow these steps:

2. Click on "Explore Self Care" under the Mental Health Tile and sign up by filling out the registration page

3. Download and open the AbleTo app from the App Store or Google Play.
