Employee Address Update & Correction
The Personnel Department utilizes employee addresses in the Workday system to provide notifications about important information regarding employee benefits, including
Open Enrollment and benefit plan changes. It is important that your address, phone
number, and emergency contact information be updated in Workday in a timely
manner when a change to this information occurs.
Workday Employee Self Service (ESS)
To update your address in Workday, change your Home Contact Information by following the “Home Contact Change” instructions below. Employees may access Workday using any computer with internet access via the following link: https://www.myworkday.com/wday/authgwy/lacity/login.htmld. Login using the same credentials you use to access your City email. You may also access Workday using a mobile device by downloading the Workday App using the QR code below. If you do not have access to the internet or a mobile device, you may contact your Human Resources office for assistance.
